He is a phenomenal animal artist, and when I first started drawing, I would always prefer animals to humans." ➡️ If you could choose one creator as a mentor, who would it be? "I decided to feature The Wonderful World of Mickey Mouse because the show was very fun to work on when it came to different timing and just overall style." ➡️ What project did you select to feature and why? But late one night in the lab, something just fell into place in my head, and I just got it. I had nothing for my demo reel at that point. Animation didn't really click for me till the last few months of my third year. It was probably the most stressful three years I have ever had. I watched animated movies growing up and loved them, but I never thought about how they were made.

I had no idea animation was actually something you could do. It wasn't all a waste of time, though, because that is where I heard about the animation program. I dropped out of culinary and took a year of Fine Arts, which was a lot of fun but not what I was looking for. I always loved to draw growing up and really wanted to see where that could take me professionally. But there was always this pull in the back of my mind telling me to try and go for something I am more passionate about. I started out in Culinary Management because I love to cook. "I kind of stumbled into animation after taking a few other programs at Algonquin College. Say hello to Senior Animator Farah Ghosn!
